Aegean Summit
Two days of conference and an evening reception on the water. The aerial opener set the scale before a single speaker took the stage.
The brief was simple: make a business conference look like an event people would regret missing.
We flew the arrival sequence at golden hour, then again at dusk once the terrace lighting came up. The reception shot — a slow pull back from the pier out over the bay — became the opening frame of every piece of collateral they published afterwards.
Constraints
The venue sits inside a controlled zone, so the flight was cleared in advance and capped at 95 metres. Crowd density on the terrace meant the overhead passes were shot before guests arrived, and the reception coverage stayed offshore.
