Who is responsible

This site is run by Loud Visuals, based in Athens, Greece. For anything on this page, including requests about your data, email gpitso7@gmail.com.

What is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the project type you pick and your message. There is no account, no newsletter and no profiling. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising, ever.

Why, and on what basis

Your enquiry is processed so I can answer it and, if it goes further, prepare a quote. Under the GDPR that is a legitimate interest, and taking steps at your request before a contract. Sending the form is entirely up to you — the email address below works just as well.

How long it is kept

Enquiries stay in my mailbox for 24 months so I can pick up a conversation that resumes later, then are deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a booking, the paperwork is kept as long as Greek tax law requires.

Who else handles it

Three companies are involved in running this site, and each sees a different slice. Cloudflare hosts the pages and, like any host, logs the IP addresses that request them. Resend delivers contact-form submissions to my mailbox, so it processes your name, address and message in transit. Bunny.net serves the video. All three are used on my instruction and none of them may use your data for their own purposes. Because they operate globally, your data may be handled on servers outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards those companies provide.

Analytics

None. This site runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixels. Visits are not measured and visitors are not tracked between sites.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all. That is why you are not being asked to accept a banner — there is nothing to consent to. Anything you have chosen on the site is remembered by your own browser and never leaves it.

Video

Films are hosted by Bunny.net. A page shows only a still image until you press play, so nothing is requested from them until you ask for it. At that point your IP address is visible to their delivery network, exactly as it would be for any file requested from any server.

Fonts

Fonts are served from this domain. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other third party for typography, so no one learns about your visit through the typefaces.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask me to restrict or stop processing it, and receive a copy in a portable form. Email gpitso7@gmail.com and I will action it within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Copyright in the films and photographs

Every film, video clip, photograph, still frame and piece of written copy on this site is the copyright of Loud Visuals and is protected under Greek and EU law. Nothing here is stock footage and nothing is free to reuse.

What you may not do

You may watch and share links to these pages. You may not download, screen-record, re-upload, edit, or republish any film or photograph, in whole or in part, and you may not use any of it to train machine-learning models. That applies to social media reposts, showreels, listing sites and client presentations alike. Framing or embedding the player elsewhere also needs permission.

If you commissioned the work

A client receives a licence to use the delivered films for the purposes agreed in writing — typically their own marketing, website and social channels, indefinitely. Copyright itself stays with me unless it is separately assigned in writing. Reselling the footage, licensing it onward, or supplying it to a third party for their own marketing is not covered, and neither is re-editing it in a way that changes what it represents.

Music and third-party material

Music in these films is licensed for this use. That licence covers the film as delivered — it does not travel to anyone who copies the audio out of it. Any trademarks, venue names or brands that appear belong to their owners and are shown descriptively, not as an endorsement.

If you appear in a film

Aerial work over events inevitably captures people. If you appear in something here and would rather not, email gpitso7@gmail.com with the film and roughly where in it you appear, and I will remove or obscure it. You do not have to explain why.

Permissions and takedowns

To license a clip, request a still, or report something used without permission, email gpitso7@gmail.com. Requests to use material are usually fine — it is being asked that matters.
